Terms and Conditions for Mentors and Coaches Using The Procurement Plug
Welcome to The Procurement Plug! We’re excited to have you as part of our platform dedicated to supporting procurement professionals on their career journeys. These terms and conditions outline your responsibilities, rights, and the framework for collaboration.
1. Registration and Profile Management
1.1. To join The Procurement Plug as a mentor or coach, you must provide accurate and truthful information about your expertise, certifications, and professional experience.
1.2. The Procurement Plug reserves the right to review and verify your credentials to ensure quality and reliability for users.
1.3. You are responsible for keeping your profile and availability up to date and responding promptly to booking inquiries.
2. Booking and Platform Exclusivity
2.1. All bookings must be conducted exclusively through The Procurement Plug platform.
2.2. Mentors and coaches agree not to arrange off-platform engagements with clients sourced through The Procurement Plug. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension or removal.
2.3. The Procurement Plug will charge a 15% service fee for each completed booking to cover administrative, platform, and marketing expenses.
3. Service Expectations and Delivery
3.1. Mentors and coaches agree to provide professional, high-quality guidance as outlined in their profiles or session descriptions.
3.2. Sessions must be delivered on time, and mentors/coaches are responsible for any promised follow-ups or additional resources.
3.3. Failure to deliver services as promised may result in refunds being issued to clients at the mentor/coach’s expense.
4. Benefits of Partnering with The Procurement Plug
4.1. Access to a targeted network of procurement professionals seeking mentorship and coaching services.
4.2. Exclusive tools to enhance your sessions, including:
- Knowledge Analyser for skill evaluation and targeted development.
- AchieveMeter to help mentees map their career paths effectively.
- Opportunities to host webinars and group mentoring sessions for additional income and exposure.
4.3. Participation in socially impactful initiatives like pro bono consulting for charity projects.
5. Communication Policy
5.1. All communications with mentees must be conducted via an electronic means to maintain transparency and platform support.
5.2. Sharing personal contact details to arrange off-platform bookings is prohibited.
6. Cancellations and Refundss
6.1. Mentors and coaches must adhere to The Procurement Plug’s cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellations are accepted within a 48h period ONLY
- Rescheduling requests must be communicated via the platform as soon as possible.
- In case of no-shows or repeated cancellations, mentees may request refunds, and mentors/coaches may be subject to review.
6.2. Refund disputes will be resolved by The Procurement Plug team in consultation with both parties.
7. Payment and Fee Structure
7.1. The Procurement Plug will deduct a 15% service fee from all completed bookings before releasing payment.
7.2. Payment to mentors/coaches will be processed within 7–10 after the month of the business month for sessions successfully completed.
8. Social Value Initiatives
8.1. Mentors and coaches are encouraged to drive participation in pro bono consulting for charitable projects as part of The Procurement Plug’s commitment to social impact.
8.2. Contributions to these initiatives help raise mentees’ profile, enhance visibility, and support career development while driving positive change.
9. Reviews and Feedback
9.1. Mentees are encouraged to leave reviews of your services, which will be publicly visible on your profile.
9.2. Mentors and coaches may respond to reviews respectfully to engage with mentee feedback and build credibility
10. Support and Platform Assistance
10.1. The Procurement Plug offers dedicated support for mentors and coaches, including troubleshooting, marketing advice, and profile optimization
10.2. All support is limited to activities and bookings conducted through the platform.
11. Termination of Services
11.1. Mentors and coaches who violate these terms, arrange off-platform bookings, or engage in unethical practices may be removed from the platform.
12. Updates to the Terms
12.1. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Updates will be communicated via email or platform notification.
