Terms and Conditions for Mentors and Coaches Using The Procurement Plug
Welcome to The Procurement Plug! We’re excited to have you as part of our platform dedicated to supporting procurement professionals on their career journeys. These terms and conditions outline your responsibilities, rights, and the framework for engaging with mentors and coaches.
1. Registration and Platform Use
1.1. To access mentorship and coaching services, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the platform.
1.2. The Procurement Plug reserves the right to verify your information to ensure the integrity and professionalism of interactions.
1.3. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current and ensuring that all bookings align with your professional development needs.
2. Booking and Payment Policy
2.1. All bookings must be made through The Procurement Plug platform to maintain tracking, quality assurance, and platform support.
2.2. Direct off-platform engagement with mentors sourced via The Procurement Plug is prohibited. Any such arrangement may result in account suspension.
2.3. Full payment for mentorship sessions must be made at the time of booking
3. Mentorship and Coaching Expectations
3.1. Mentees are expected to approach sessions professionally and respect the mentor’s time and expertise.
3.2. Sessions should be attended on time, and mentees should be prepared with relevant questions or topics for discussion.
3.3. The Procurement Plug does not guarantee specific outcomes from mentorship but ensures access to industry-recognized professionals.

6. Cancellations and Refundss
6.1. Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
6.2. Rescheduling must be requested as early as possible through the platform.
6.3. Refunds for missed sessions due to mentee no-shows are not permitted.
6.4. If a mentor is unable to attend a session, an alternative session will be arranged, or a refund will be issued if necessary.
7. Reviews and Feedback
7.1. Mentees are encouraged to leave honest reviews and ratings after each session
7.2. Feedback should be constructive and professional to maintain a positive learning environment.
8. Social Value and Pro Bono Initiatives
8.1. Mentees may have opportunities to engage in pro bono consulting projects, contributing to their professional growth while supporting charities and social initiatives.
8.2. Participation in these initiatives helps enhance mentees’ profiles and industry visibility.
9. Support and Platform Assistance
9.1. The Procurement Plug offers dedicated support for mentees, including troubleshooting and session recommendations
9.2. Support inquiries must be directed to the official platform channels.
10. Termination of Access
10.1. Mentees who violate these terms, engage in unprofessional behavior, or attempt to bypass platform policies may have their accounts suspended or removed.
11. Updates to the Terms
11.1. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
